ENGLISH 19 FOREWORD Dear Sir or Madam, Dear Readers of the 2027 Surgical Guide, In this new edition, about 200 manufacturers and trading companies as well as service providers and suppliers of medical technology are once again presenting their diverse products and expert services. The combination of our surgical guide with our permanent medical technology exhibition in Tuttlingen offers you an enormously efficient instrument for opening up new or alternative sources of supply for your purchases. Also visit us online at www.acig.de. Here, in addition to our modern virtual exhibition, you will find a very large and comprehensive product and service database with links to further information from our exhibitors and advertisers. At the beginning of February this year, I visited WHX (formerly Arab Health) in Dubai. Although our Surgical Guide has been available at this trade fair in previous years through exhibitors with whom we have friendly relations, I wondered for a long time whether ACIG needed to be represented at the trade fair with its own booth. The positive feedback from exhibitors among our customers sparked my curiosity. And I was not disappointed: A large number of visitors at the ultramodern exhibition grounds, the exhibitors from our region, conveniently located for visitors in a single hall, and I met several visitors who had chosen Dubai over MEDICA in Düsseldorf (some of them doing so for the past several years). So I am happy to announce that ACIG will also have an exhibition at WHX from January 25 to 28, 2027, at the joint booth of Baden-Württemberg International in South Hall 9. Hope to see you in Dubai! We would like to express our sincere thanks to our loyal customers, whose advertisements have once again made possible a new comprehensive edition of the Surgical Guide. We would also like to express our special thanks to the District Administrator Mr. Bär, Dr. Sening of senetics healthcare group, the Tuttlingen City Council and all other persons who have contributed to the attractive design of this book. Yours sincerely, ACIG, Bernd Müller
